    Location: the hotel was not far from Beaumont, 2 restaurants, and the Waffle House that is near by. Easily reached Al Basha, located within a close distance from the property, had lunch/dinner there.

    Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

    decent facilities but serious cleanliness issues

    The pool area looked inviting and well-maintained, which I appreciated. The friendly staff tried to assist where they could but were often overwhelmed. The aesthetic of the rooms had potential. I could see they aimed for a certain charm. The location was decent, being near a few restaurants that came in handy.

    The cleanliness of the room was subpar.

    Attentive staff made check-in easy.

    I felt unsafe on the first floor. The window was unlocked, and I couldn't get moved to the second floor for security reasons. There were people loitering outside, made me uncomfortable throughout the night.

    The Heritage Inn was a good surprise! The staff was friendly and cute. My Queen Room was verysuper clean and cozy, with soft bedding and a cozy corner with an armchair that was perfect. Plus, the location was ideal, close to great dining options.
